In response to this, MPL Simulator Solutions has changed its name to Aviation Focus, launched a new website and introduced a new corporate identity.
Aviation Focus serves the aviation market in Asia and offers a range of services specific to Aviation pilot training and pilot selection.
- A320 and B737 flight simulators as a sales agent in Asia for MPS in the Netherlands.
- The COMPASS pilot aptitude testing suite and CPP – Checklist Professional Profile, Psychometric test for pilot recruitment.
- Expertise and assistance in the implementation of standardised pilot selection processes for Airlines and flight schools.
- Expertise and assistance in the selection of the appropriate and most effective flight training devices for ATO’s, TRTO’s and Airlines
- Development of pilot training course footprints and aviation training syllabi such as Type Ratings, MCC, MPS, JOC and MCC.
- Assistance in certification and approval of aviation training syllabi and flight simulators by the relevant aviation authorities.
Aviation Focus is based in Hong Kong and does projects for Airlines, Flight Schools (ATO/TRTO) across Asia.
